Refund & Cancellation Policy

Requesting help
Use Contact with the email used for payment, service name and relevant order reference. Do not send full card details. These policies do not limit mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
Before personal work begins
Before work on your individual reading begins, you may request cancellation and a full refund.
After preparation begins
Once preparation of your individual reading has begun, payment is not refundable because the service is created personally using your information and request.
Completed readings
Once the completed individual reading has been provided, the service is considered fulfilled and no refund is provided.
If the studio cannot fulfil an order
If Fira Astro Studio is unable to fulfil a paid order for reasons on its side, a full refund is provided for the service not supplied.
Zoom rescheduling and cancellation
An individual Zoom consultation may be rescheduled at no additional charge with at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled time. Payment is not refundable for cancellation less than 24 hours before the appointment or a missed appointment (no-show).
Changes on the studio’s side
If circumstances on Fira Astro Studio’s side prevent the consultation, you will be offered a new appointment or a refund for the consultation not held. No additional penalties are charged.
Accidental duplicate payments
An accidental duplicate payment is refunded in full after verification. Please report it through Contact.
Subscription charges
You may cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future automatic charges but does not cancel the current period already paid for. A paid period is generally non-refundable once the corresponding forecast preparation or service period has begun. Accidental duplicate charges are refunded. If Fira Astro Studio cannot provide the paid service for reasons on its side, the corresponding payment is refunded. See Subscription Terms.
