Subscription Terms

Plans and automatic billing
Personal Week subscription: USD $10 every week. Personal Month subscription: USD $40 every month. These are recurring subscriptions: payment is charged automatically at the selected interval until cancellation.
One-time purchases are separate
The USD $11 Personal Week forecast and USD $44 Personal Month forecast are separate one-time purchases. They do not automatically renew and do not start a subscription.
Your forecast information
Birth information is supplied after the initial payment and used for future editions with the subscription email. Use Contact if your relevant information changes.
How to request cancellation
You may cancel at any time through Contact below. State “Cancel subscription”, the email used for payment, and Personal Week or Personal Month. Do not send card details. Cancellation stops future automatic charges and does not cancel the current period already paid for.
Already-paid periods and refunds
A period already paid for is generally non-refundable once the corresponding forecast preparation or service period has begun. Accidental duplicate charges are refunded after verification. If Fira Astro Studio cannot provide the paid service for reasons on its side, the corresponding payment is refunded. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
