Who handles your information
Fira Astro Studio uses the information described here to provide personal astrology services and respond to enquiries. Use the existing Contact form for privacy requests and customer support.
Information we collect
Depending on your reading, we may collect your name, email, date of birth, exact birth time, birthplace, current city or location where relevant, your questions and information you voluntarily share, and messages sent through the Contact form. Where a reading concerns a child or another person, provide their information only if you are authorised to do so. Do not send card details or unnecessary sensitive information in forms.
How we use it
We use relevant information to fulfil your ordered reading; calculate and interpret natal charts and related astrological methods; communicate with you; deliver materials; arrange Zoom consultations; provide weekly/monthly forecasts and subscriptions; offer customer support; and meet necessary administrative and legal obligations. Where applicable, processing is based on providing the requested service, legal obligations, and legitimate interests in support and security. Consent is sought separately where required for a specific use.
Service providers
OpenAI / ChatGPT Sites provides the hosted website’s hosting and operation. Stripe processes payments and subscription billing. Tally provides intake and contact forms. Google / Gmail is used for contact notifications and email communication, including delivery of materials where applicable. Zoom supports booked video consultations. These providers process data necessary for their respective roles under their own terms and privacy notices.
Payments
Card and payment information is processed by Stripe. Fira Astro Studio does not receive or store full bank card numbers or security codes. Order details and payment status may be available to the studio for fulfilment, support and administration.
Retention
Client information and materials are retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the ordered service, support the client, maintain necessary business records and meet applicable legal, accounting and tax obligations. Active subscribers’ information, including necessary birth details, may be retained throughout the subscription to prepare subsequent personal forecasts. You may use Contact to request access, correction or deletion. Requests are handled under applicable law, taking into account information Fira Astro Studio must retain for legal, tax, accounting or other lawful reasons. Automatic deletion after a fixed number of days is not provided.
Security and international processing
Appropriate access controls and provider safeguards help protect information; no online system can guarantee absolute security. Providers may process information across borders. Applicable transfer safeguards must be used where required. This policy does not assume a particular storage country.
Cookies and similar technologies
No advertising or analytics tracker is configured in the current site code. The contact form loads from Tally when opened; payment pages run separately on Stripe. Forms and payment providers may use technologies necessary for form operation, saved progress, payment functionality or fraud prevention. Their notices describe their own practices. Optional analytics or advertising technologies, if introduced, require a separate assessment and consent where required.
Your rights and requests
Where applicable law provides, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing, and withdraw consent where processing relies on it. You may also complain to the relevant supervisory authority. Use Contact and identify your request and the email connected to your order. We may need proportionate identity verification. Deletion may be limited by legal retention duties.
