Astrology has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. It began as a deep personal interest — a desire to better understand myself, the people around me, the inner world of a person, their character, recurring patterns, and how different life events fit together into a larger picture.
After my son was born, this long-standing interest became my profession. I studied at the Russian Institute of Astrology with Liza Safo, and since then I have continued learning, deepening my knowledge, exploring different schools and approaches, practising and offering professional consultations. I am now continuing my education within the American professional astrology community. It matters to me to keep expanding my understanding of astrology rather than stopping at a single school of thought.
My own natal chart reflects very clearly the way I perceive, analyse and share information.
In astrology, the third house is associated with thinking, learning, perception and the sharing of information. In my third house, Mercury, Venus, the Moon and Pluto are in Scorpio.
This describes very precisely how my mind works. I have an analytical mindset, and I find it difficult to engage with anything only on the surface. When a subject truly interests me, I need to go deeper: to understand, investigate, find connections, recognise causes and patterns, notice what may not be obvious at first glance, and gradually bring individual details together into a coherent whole.
There is another interesting connection in my chart to the work I do today. My North Node is on the boundary of the 8th and 9th houses — the realm of deep transformation, expanding awareness, higher knowledge, philosophy and passing on the knowledge we have gained.
To me, this resonates deeply with astrology itself: looking beneath the obvious, exploring hidden processes and connections between cause and effect, expanding my own understanding — and then translating complex knowledge into language that can help another person see themselves and what is happening in their life more clearly.
That is why, for me, reading a chart is more than a collection of individual placements, houses and aspects. I want to see the whole person: how their character, inner needs, desires, relationships and life events connect with the particular question they bring. As a result, my readings are almost never superficial: they are usually extensive, highly informative, deep, and perspective-expanding.
